About Me

Using a blend of cognitive and psychodynamic approaches (that's therapy speak for exploring how our past shapes us and how we can shape our present), I work with adults and adolescents on themes like anxiety, self-image, identity, relationship patterns, emotional stuckness and work and productivity.

Through curiosity, honesty and, at times, a little humour, we make sense of the strange, the messy and the deeply human experience. 

My practice is based in India and I work across countries and cultures to provide care that is relevant, reflective and rooted in your unique context.
